Cancellation Policy
PRIVATE ART EVENT POLICY 1. Booking and Payment 1.1 A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50% of the total fee) is required to secure the event date. 1.2 The remaining balance must be paid no later than seven (7) days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. 1.3 Failure to remit final payment may result in cancellation of the event. 2. Guest Count and Adjustments 2.1 Final guest count must be confirmed at least five (5) days prior to the event. 2.2 Fees may be adjusted based on confirmed attendance. 3. Venue Requirements 3.1 The Host is responsible for providing adequate space, tables, seating, ventilation, and access to water unless otherwise contracted. 3.2 The Host assumes responsibility for ensuring the venue is safe and compliant with applicable regulations. 4. Cancellations 4.1 Deposits are non-refundable. 4.2 Cancellations within seven (7) days of the event may require payment of the full remaining balance. 4.3 The Instructor reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case payments received will be refunded. 5. Alcohol and Supervision 5.1 If alcohol is served, the Host assumes full responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and for guest conduct. 5.2 The Instructor shall not be liable for incidents related to alcohol consumption. 6. Damage and Indemnification 6.1 The Host agrees to be financially responsible for damage to Instructor-provided materials or equipment beyond normal wear and tear. 6.2 The Host agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Instructor from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. IV. MEDIA RELEASE Unless otherwise notified in writing prior to the Program, Participant grants permission for photographs or videos taken during the Program to be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes without compensation.
